• Excellent record of past performance with a comprehensive Continuous Improvement Die Design Program.
• High level of experience in both complex Die design and high productivity development in the Aluminium Extrusion Industry.
• High level of experience in Product Development for the Extrusion Industry. This is used to improve the Customers Product, enhance manufacturing competence and create confidence with reliable and continuous supply.
• Ability to create, train and coordinate a functioning Drawing Office.
• Proven ability to train staff in trade, process and quality assurance activities.
• Ability to conduct R&D programs.
• Willingness to examine activities outside the Aluminium Extrusion Market to expand the Business.
• Willingness to adopt extra training, Software improvements and increase staff to develop further in the Australian and overseas manufacturing markets.
• Knowledge of Sales team coordination to help with Customer communication.
